Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships – as reliable as our camping furniture when you need a sturdy seat after a long hike.

Free Shipping:
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
– Available for orders over $50
– Tracking included

Note: Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control. We don’t currently ship to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our outdoor gear like we stand behind our customers on every trail. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s our straightforward return process – easier than setting up your camp bathroom!

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (like our rugged outdoor products deserve)
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • First Aid Kits (once opened or used)
  • Insect Protection products (mosquito nets, repellents)
  • Personal care items from our Bathroom or Camp Bathroom categories
  • Electrical items (Generators & Adapters, Outdoor Power Outlets) that show signs of use

Note: This doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty items.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Our Adventure Support Team

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions (clear as our electrical & lighting setup guides)
  • Any special instructions for your specific item

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (treat it like your camp kitchen gear on a bumpy trail). Include:

  • Completed return form (we’ll email this to you)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

  • Timeline: 3-5 business days after approval (just slightly longer than our order processing time)
  • Method: Refunds will go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed – as reliable as our order confirmations for your outdoor living essentials.

Exchanges

Need a different size of our camping furniture? Prefer another grill model? We’ve got you covered:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your outdoor gear arrives damaged or incorrect (which is rare – we pack with the same care as we’d want for our own hiking equipment):

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping
