GacoFlex™ 128 oz. Rubber Roof Cleaner (1 Piece) (HGWCLNR-1) by Heng’s®. The GacoWash Rubber Roof Cleaner is a concentrated cleaning solution designed specifically to clean up dirt, pollen, mildew, and fungus from your roof surfaces. Always use before applying GacoRoof silicone coating.

• Best used on aged asphalt, aged EPDM and TPO/CPA, cap sheets, concrete, Fiberglass/Glass, metal, most coatings and coated polyurethane foam, and more
• Cleans your roof and prepares it for a coating of GacoRoof
• Make sure dirt, debris, or leaves are off the roof, and inspect for any tears or cuts in the roof surface before washing and cleaning
• Good for 400 square feet of coverage per diluted gallon, when combined 1 part GacoWash to 9 parts water
• Max coverage of 1 gallon GacoWash mixed with 9 gallons of water is 4000 square feet
• Do not mix GacoWash with any other chemicals
• Can be stored for up to 1 year in unopened container
• Sold as a 1 gallon jug
